To perform this exercise, sit in a comfortable position and inhale deeply and hold the muscles of your stomach even while you exhale. You can do this 10 times and come back to normal breathing for 5 seconds. Repeat the whole process three times.

Breathing from your belly focuses on your diaphragm and the muscles below your lungs. The exercise boosts your stamina, energy and is also said to cure anxiety problems. This exercise should not be practiced for a particular duration but the whole day.
You can sit or stand, whichever way you feel comfortable. Try to calm your mind and not think about anything. Place your hand on your stomach, your thumb should be near to the belly button. Your chest should not rise and your abdomen should expand while you do the exercise.
4. Mouth breathing

To perform this exercise, open your mouth and exhale and inhale with your mouth while you count up to 10 while inhaling and exhaling both. The exhalation time should be double of inhalation time. You can practice this three times every day for 10 minutes each.
